Notice to all customers of REMTECHSTROY GROUP Concern.
   REMTECHSTROY GROUP Concern has official information given by loyal customers – national and private railway companies from Europe and from abroad, that Plasser@Theurer – Austria concern is holding a massive campaign sending notes – letters, etc. denigrating their main international competitor – the Remtechstroy Group Concern.

  „We thank our existing customers for the information provided and for their loyalty, their appreciation of our professionalism, based on attained practical  achievements in quality and no records of accidents whatsoever during the numerous overhauls of railway equipment and repaired tamping units.  
  The Remtechstroy Group Concern and its subsidiaries do not have and have never had any common activities in the area of railway equipment with the Austrian Concern Plasser&Theurer, they have never been or performed the function of subdivisions of Plasser&Theurer Concern.
  All attained professional achievements, verifiable with available references for flawless operation of repaired railway equipment and tamping units have, for the last 7,5 years  been exclusively thanks to the technical merit  of the team of specialists, experts, professors and engineers from Remtechstroy Group, based on experience of years of testing, practically implemented own repair technologies, patents and know-how on the production of spare parts.

  These achieved results for years have been unachievable for our competitors. Unachievable for them are 7,5 years of flawless period of operation, approved with available references  by railway companies. Unachievable for them is also the guarantee period of 24-36 months that we provide – “Standard” or “Pro” guarantee. Every year, the reported or achieved results are only and entirely in favour of our customers. Unfortunately these results do not leave much opportunity for choices of actions to our existing competitors. Our presence today gives the democratic right for choosing new partnerships by replacing the monopoly imposed for years of servicing at high prices. In a new reality and with the existence of a new choice in new competitive environment of disengagement and using unlimited technological capabilities, at considerably low price levels and twice as long guarantee periods.
  “Public” are some facts, known in the professional railway circles as  “achieved” results of competitors, such as breakdowns of competitors’ tamping units in guarantee period, right in the fourth month after repair works in Germany or Austria, or visits of competitor’s consultants to Greek railway companies for which customers paid 300 euro per hour for “excursions” with practically no work done.
